...Because you never know what you're gonna get.
It's been an interesting week around here. Stomach bugs. Sore throats. Me being a hypochondriac and thinking everything is causing everything. I google too much and I'm ridiculously
obsessed interested in becoming as healthy as I can right now. So there's that. I didn't spend time this week putting together this post but I didn't want to skip it either.
- Have you heard of "earthing?" My curiousity is piqued. I would like to spend more time outdoors and I would love to have a garden at some point. Next house? I'm a tad concerned about West Nile though...did you read the article on the front page of the Dallas Morning News last Sunday? That's my grandfather!
- My friend Heather is about to open her own Etsy shop and sell super cute baby things. I think we should support her because she's cool. And has two cute kiddos. And is way more organized than me. And I might be sucking up to her so that she will make me this super great nursing cover we saw at a shower last weekend when baby #2 comes. ;>
- Without getting TOO zen on you, I really like this. I think it's easy to forget why we do certain things. Why AM I picking up the living room for the 5th time today? WHO cares if I workout today? What's the point? Do I REALLY need to make us something healthy for dinner? I'm cleaning up so Ryan can come home to a tidy house. I need to workout so that I will feel better and have more energy to do the things I'm called to do. A healthy meal for my family is part of motherhood! Nourishing the health of the people God's given me is important. And all of this is to glorify the God who made me. He is the reason I do what I do. So easy to forget.
I love both of these. Via Pinterest.
