In honor of my sweet little chunker being 5 WEEKS OLD TODAY~
5 Things I don't miss about being preggo:
1) Living in the bathroom. Without Miss K hangin out on my bladder, I don't have to frequent the ladies room as much.
2) Heartburn! I know I didn't experience this as much as many others have but when you have it, IT HURTS! I can now eat a meal and lay down right after if I want - pain free :-)
3) Tossing and turning all night. I'm a pretty still sleeper but throw in a basketball tied to my waist and I would switch sides all night long trying to get comfortable Now I just get to wake up when she cries :>
4) Bizarro dreams!! I know I'll still get these occasionally but when you're pregnant, you have the randomest dreams! Sometimes I would have several mini dreams in one night, a new one starting each time I got up to pee. Those nights made for exhausting next days.
5) And last but not least, I don't miss the lack of wardrobe variety. I was going to say I don't miss my maternity jeans but I do...kinda? That elastic waist is FANtastic! ha ha. I had fun wearing maternity clothes and I tried to make sure I bought some cute non-frumpy outfits that made me feel good. But I did miss being able to choose from say 15 tops, instead of just 5. I'm not gonna lie though. I'm excited to one day wear those clothes again! There's just nothing like that time...
Here are a few more pics from our 6:30 am photo shoot this morning :>
I just love this sweet little brown and pink fleece outfit! Look at those cute little pink "ballet shoes." :-) I wanted to get us out of the house today but I know it's going to be REALLY COLD. Maybe I'll be able to get some things done around the house.
Happy Thursday!

I love the first yawning picture. So cute!
What a cutie!
My friend is due in 6 days and she is going crazy! Especially with the bathroom thing...she had to go 3 times while we were at the movies.
She yawns so much! I think, you can't POSSIBLY be tired! You sleep all day! :-)
Thanks! Oh, I feel for her...it really is ridiculous! I couldn't even go to the movies there at the end because I knew I'd end up having to miss half of it!
This list is pretty hysterical. Except I'm always peeing and get horrible nights sleep. If I didn't know I couldn't be pregnant I'd be wondering.
lol. I think you're safe!
Wish I would have remembered to tell you about eating lemon to help tame the heartburn! My best friend's mom is an LVN, and she taught me that trick when I was preggo with Makayla. Everytime I remembered to eat part of my lemon after I ate something that would give me heartburn (like the Tex-Mex my mom and dad treated me to last night...YUM) I have never gotten heartburn/reflux! Not sure how or why it works (for me anyway), but it does! Maybe you can try it when you're preggo with Baby Ivey #2!
