Did it rain in your neck of the woods today? I'm really making myself sound more hick-ish that I actually am. I'm quite the city girl in fact. I could never live on a farm. It rained. and rained. and rained today...but! I was almost home, about to pull into the alley, and I saw the end of a rainbow! It was so pretty and I could only see a little section of it. My mom said she saw one today too that was kind-of thick. I said, "mine was too!" So maybe we saw the same one :>
I'm excited because 24 comes on tonight! Ryan and I have gotten into that show this season and my gosh, it's suspenseful! You sit on the edge of your seat and they always leave you hanging, wondering how Jack Bauer is going to escape this time...
Today is day 8 of "Meatless in March!" I decided this month that I would eat a vegetarian diet. It's kinda funny because the other day I thought, it really hasn't even been hard! I haven't stressed yet over what to eat or felt like I was missing anything. Now that being said, I have had some random meals! Take last night's dinner for example:
A little odd. Veggies nachos: Baked Tostitos scoops with cheese, Morningstar veggie crumbles, and avacado + some brown rice blend and leftover green bean casserole from our girls get-together! The nachos were great! I heart those chips :-)
Ah, my house is freeZING! I need to whip us up something to eat before the hubs gets home. I have a fun week planned though!
Wednesday: OUR 3 YEAR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY!
Thursday: Dinner with a friend from high school
Friday: Ryan and I may go use our "Pappa's" gift card for an anniversary dinner??
Saturday: Lunch, a movie, and a trip to Sprinkle's cupcakes!!! with Bethany :) Saturday night: B-day dinner with my family! My brother Keith's b-day is March 22, two days after mine!
Oh. and I am planning to update my new header pages soon!!! So excited to do that! It's part of why I switched over to Wordpress...
