Big Day!

So proud of Ryan!!  He got a promotion at work today and we're both very excited!  Way to go hubs!

Ok, and side note, I'm watching The Office 5-K episode...so hilarious.  Michael says, "I ate more fettuchini alfredo and drank less water than I ever have in my entire life." ha ha ha

Do ya'll watch this show?

Andy:  "I''ve walked two marathons.  I'm pretty sure I can handle a 5-K.

It's Friday!!! Yay!!  Today was my day to stay till 5:00 but luckily Bethany and Jamie were there with me and made it a lot better!  Plus our e-mail was down and nothing was going in or out...

Any fun Friday plans??

I keep asking Ryan where he wants to go eat to celebrate but he hasn't decided...he should be home soon.  I'm guessing we'll just pick somewhere around here then come home and watch tv.  Our typical Friday night  :)  If we're feelin really crazy, we go see a movie. ;>  But that's what's great.  When you feel comfortable enough to do nothing and love it.

I'm excited about tomorrow night because I'll be heading to Allen to meet up for a pot-luck dinner with my Delta Chi Rho college sorority sisters!...or at least the ones in the Dallas area.  I haven't seen them in forever and am really looking forward to it. :--)  I'm supposed to bring a dish:  What should I take???   What's a great tasting *meat-less* pot-luck dish?  Amber??? :> Oh, and easy to make + few ingredients is right up my alley.

Well, I think I'm out peeps.  **And Toby just crossed the finish line!!!!**

Have a SUPER weekend!

Congrats to Ryan!Hehe, good Q...I'm always a fan of hummus or any similar dip! It's easy to make and transport, and it's party-friendly, especially if you bring along some mini pita rounds, toasted pita chips, or a homemade quick bread for dipping :]
