Karlyn's Birthday - Part 1!

Don't worry.  There's only going to be two parts.  I think.

Friday morning I woke up way earlier than I'd planned and couldn't go back to sleep.  After scarfing down some cereal, I started blowing up balloons with my nifty little $2.00 Hobby Lobby pump.  *Thanks Andrea for the tip!*

Balloon Ambush!

I went on to make her chocolate chip banana pancakes for breakfast which she gobbled right up.  We spent the rest of the day hanging out and then decorating her Nona's house where the party was going to be.  I really didn't feel super great that day so we came home and rested after that and had a low-key Friday night. 

I'm so glad I got to spend her birthday morning with her!
