Maternity Pics!

Last weekend Ryan and I headed out to meet our awesome friend and photographer Rebekah to take some maternity pictures.  We got some really good ones and I will treasure these memories :>  It was a little windy but we made the best of it and found some covered areas...It was so neat for Rebekah to do these for us because she also took our engagement pictures, my bridals, and helped shoot our wedding!  This was at *37 weeks*























I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and am getting anxious for this little girl to get here!  We set up the glider in her nursery today and it looks great and is super comfy.  I imagine I'll spend many an hour sitting in it :>  I still need to hang her name letters and her bedding quilt on the wall...and yeah, I still need do my Christmas shopping.!  Ryan just left to get his done with his brother Luke and I may take a trip up to Target myself.  I'm going to try to keep things simple and give my brothers cash to pick out whatever they want.  I don't have the stamina to do much shopping these days!

Our family has been through a lot the past few days/weeks/months and one of my brothers even had to have emergency surgery last night to have his tonsils/adenoids removed.  We think it went well and he should hopefully be headed home tomorrow.  I am thankful that God never leaves us or forsakes us. 

I know that this Christmas is going to be a very special one and even through the trials and difficulties, we can celebrate our Savior's birth and the hope we have because of it.  Ryan and I are eagerly awaiting our precious gift and thank the Lord for a relatively easy pregnancy thus far!
