Triple S !

Today I had Soup, Salad, and Sandwich for lunch!  If you can still have lunch at 3:00...

It was so good!  Exactly what I wanted.  Ryan had to work today so I was just getting my lunch put together when my knight in shining armor walked through the door :>  He dropped his stuff off, walked into the kitchen and I asked, "Did you see your surprise?"  "No."  "Well go look.!"  After spinning around the living room for a second he finally looked outside.  "Kati!"

Yes, I mowed the yard this morning.  Front, back, and swept!  Ryan was kinda stressed when he left this morning and said he had a bazillion things on his list to get done today.  (Um, is watching Nascar right now one of them dear??) ;>  So I wanted to take something off his list.  Our yard is pretty small and it only took me an hour to do all of it.  I was tired and sweaty afterwards!  It felt great though and gave me some much needed outdoor exercise

But back to lunch:

I guess I really didn't need two forks.

That would be:

a. grilled ham and cheese   b. chicken/potato broccoli cheese soup   c. spring mix with a little ranch + cheese

**I just got some good news!**  My parents found a house!  My parents are renting right now and the people who own the house decided they wanted to move back in.  They went out looking today; they have to be out by next month.  And my mom just texted me that they found one!  And will know by Monday if they get it!  Praise God.  My mom also said, "Please don't deliver on Christmas Eve...we want to have it at our new house."  ;-)  I'll do what I can mother.

I'm so enjoying my weekend right now.  It felt like a long work week.  Yesterday I kicked things off by going to see the "BABIES" film with my friend Bethany.  It was cute!  Documentary style, with very little talking and followed the lives of 4 different babies.  Bethany and I had fun annotating? what we thought the babies were thinking/saying. ha ha.

I'm also excited about this next week because we get to see our little gummy bear again!!!  Wednesday we're scheduled for another sonogram which unless they change the date on me again, will be right around 8.5 weeks along

I'll top off this post with a few more foodie pics of what this preggo has been eating.  I haven't gained any weight yet and really haven't felt like eating a lot of the time.  I try to take advantage of when I do!  I have a strong feeling I'll be doing my baby gaining in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters :>

I made those Peanut Butter 'n' Oat no-bake cookies I linked to in my next to last post (from Polly's blog!)...I quite enjoyed them!

Pre-packaged broccoli pasta mix + grilled chicken

Grilled ham + cheese + Ruffles

Happy Saturday bloggies!
