No air, air

ha ha.  yes I know.  dumb title.

But for the time being, we are AC-less.  But it's ok!  See, Ryan's dad came over to pick up his yard fertilizer thing and while he was here, noticed that our AC was running but the fan on the outside unit wasn't.  Not good apparently.  Danny works on the big AC chillers at a local college and so he is definitely THE EXPERT!  Being the sweetest father-in-law ever, he told Ryan he'd pick up what we need tomorrow and then come install it after I get off work.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  Because this pregnant woman is giong to NEED some AC this summer :-)

After church today, Ryan, me, and Dodge all took naps on the couches.  It was so nice.  I could so make it through the work day easier if from 1:00 - 3:00 I could nap!  Seriously.  I have been attemping car naps though.  At lunch all last week, I'd find a nice quiet parking spot, lean my seat back, blast the air, lock the doors, and try to rest.  Normally I wouldn't be able to fall asleep but now after about 2 or 3 minutes, I'm dozing.  Not as great as a couch nap but I suppose it'll have to do.

I'm really excited about this week! !  Tuesday I'm getting my hair cut and Wednesday we have our sonogram!!!  I'm hoping we'll see the little gummy bear blob the sonographer told us we probably would by this time.  And the heartbeat!  Eek :>  On Saturday, I'm going to go with my mom, her mom, and possibly my dad's mom to a Mother's Day brunch at my mom's mom's church.  (Say that 5 times fast)  My mom has actually been asked to speak at the little gathering and so we are looking forward to it.  It's in Grand Prairie at the church my grandparents have gone to for forever.
