Mid-week Eats

Half-way through the week! Here's some of what I've eaten this week. . .

Breakfast one morning was a bowl of fresh strawberries and banana slices + 2 slices of cinnamon raisin Ezekiel bread topped with natural peanut butter, banana slices, and flax seed

This was a breakfast cookie I tried...eh, yuck! I didn't like this. I don't really like things with protein powder thrown in unless it's a shake! Wasted 1/2 c. of oats :(

This is how many bananas Ryan and I started off the week with- yes a grocery store checker commented a few weeks ago as she scanned the bananas I'd bought "You must have a big family." Nope. Just the two of us. We may eat 1-1.5 each a day plus what we use in shakes, or I use in baking.
This was oatmeal for dinner: pretty good! I topped it with some chocolate covered raisins I had left over from a movie...

Dinner last night was brown rice, salad, and SALMON! I'm going to start buying this more often. It was super easy and yummy- and leftovers went on my lunch salad today.

I was craving nachos for dinner tonight. Multi-grain tostitos with shredded cheese, pinto beans, and salsa. + a BLONDIE I made a while back and froze. Yum.

Happy Wednesday!
