



Dinner last night was brown rice, salad, and SALMON! I'm going to start buying this more often. It was super easy and yummy- and leftovers went on my lunch salad today.
I was craving nachos for dinner tonight. Multi-grain tostitos with shredded cheese, pinto beans, and salsa. + a BLONDIE I made a while back and froze. Yum.
