My sweet little shorkie turns 1 today :--)
This guy has seriously brought so much joy to our lives (I know that sounds corny!) but it's true. Especially coming from a non-dog lover pretty much ALL of my life it still surprises me now to admit how much I love him.
Dodger 100% fits his name as he is a spastic, prancey, ADORABLE, cuddly, hyper, curious bundle of energy. Ryan chose Dodge out of the crate of other shorkies because he kept wanting to play and jumping up and down. Boing, boing, boing! We brought him home on August 1, 2009 and seriously can't imagine life without him! When I told my co-workers about him, our IT guy goes, "Ya'll got a dog?? Ya'll are gonna have kids within a year."
:) Hey, he said it!
Dodger weighed just 2.5 lbs the day we picked him up but has grown to a whopping 6 lbs!
Then he grew up! He definitely went through a shaggerific stage where we left his hair long through the winter...
I guess you could say he's part of the family! This is my family. All 12 of us (including Ryan and Dodge) ;>

Happy B'day Dodger.
Enjoy the attention now, cause in 7 months
you will no longer be "top dog".
I love your lil baby!! I got a yorkie from my parents as a gift this December. She is 6 months old. Your reminds me so much of her, especially the bath pics :). Happy birthday to your lil pups!
And I love to see your proclamation of God's grace, which we have been saved by. So awesome to see other Christians out there!
